Meet Yong Kim!

We celebrate Yong's achievements and success in building Seoul Sausage to what it is today. We celebrate his hard work, creativity, and human-first mindset as he builds this meaningful business.

We are inspired by his dedication to making the business work for him, his brother, and their families. Yong is an amazing dad, husband, brother, friend, and business leader.

Yong Kim is co-founder and co-owner of Seoul Sausage Company, a company he founded with his brother Yong in 2012. They started the company out of a crazy idea of creating Korean inspired sausages and put the world on notice when they won The Great Food Truck Race Season 3. Since then, they have grown the brand through multiple distribution channels including being a mainstay at the LAFC Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles. Prior to founding Seoul Sausage, Yong worked in the marketing and advertising industry. He is skilled in Digital Strategy, Account Management, Mediums, Technology and Business Development specializing within the Culinary sector. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Arts focused in Economics from University of California, San Diego.
